Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for any quality concerns or shipping damages.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, immediately check your meat products for temperature, vacuum seal integrity, and overall quality while the items are still fresh.
Document Issues
If you notice any damage or quality discrepancies, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping box, including the thermal liner and ice packs.
Submit a Claim
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos within 24 hours so we can process your request promptly.
Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a full store credit or arrange for a complimentary replacement shipment to be sent out on our next available delivery date.
